A Study On The Impact Of Basic Public Service On Economic Growth In Yangtze River Economic Zone

According to the "13th Five-Year Plan" promulgated by the State Council,the ai m is to promote the equalization plan of basic public services.The aim is to improve the system of basic public services by 2020 and improve the relevant system mechan ism.In the fields of education,Social security,housing and other aspects of continuou s progress,the overall realization of the basic public service equalization.In the "State Council on relying on the golden waterway to promote the development of the Yang tze River Economic Zone," also stressed the need to increase the relevant policies in t he transfer of social insurance relations in the implementation of efforts,such as basic old-age insurance,basic medical insurance.However,the gap between the basic publi c service level in the Yangtze River economic belt provinces(cities)will be caused b y differences in public finances,institutional design and geographical environment.The refore,it is necessary to clarify the basic public service gap and the trend of change and so on,analyze the impact of regional public service level on economic growth,s o as to enhance the basic public service level in the provinces(cities)of the Yangtze River economic belt and narrow the basic public Service gap,and then realize the eq ualization of basic public services to provide an important reference.The scope and focus of the basic public service,including compulsory education,employment service,social security,public health care,population planning,housing se curity,public culture,public health care,public health care,Infrastructure,environment al protection.In order to explore the relationship between public service and economic growth,this paper mainly analyzes the level of basic public service in the Yangtze River economic zone from the aspects of basic education,health care,social security,public culture,environmental protection and infrastructure,and then the impact on eco nomic growth to carry out empirical analysis.This paper studies the relationship between the basic public service level and the economic growth in the Yangtze River Economic Zone through theoretical analysis,e mpirical analysis and countermeasure analysis.Through the comprehensive evaluation method,the basic public service level of the provinces(cities)in the Yangtze River E conomic Belt is estimated by the comprehensive evaluation method.It is concluded th at the basic public service level of the provinces and cities in the Yangtze River Eco nomic Belt in 2008-2015 is not too high and the interregional gap is large.,In the west,the highest ranking in the east,the lowest in the west.Then,through the regres sion analysis,it is concluded that the basic public service level has positive effect on economic growth,and finally puts forward the corresponding countermeasures accordin g to the conclusion.
