A Study Of The Present Living State Of Landless Farmers In The Process Of Industrialization

on the basis of Mao Zedong's rural study method: taking typicality as a sampling standard,seeking truth from facts as a principle,taking the economic status as a basis,This author collected farmers' psychological feelings after losing the land in Guantou shan,and some opinions about the change of the living state by the way of interview.Meanwhile,the author systematically analysed the farmers' real daily behavior in Guantou shan,and then summarized the farmers' feelings and living state after losing their land.In this paper,the author takes typicality as the sampling standard,selecting the representative place in the process of industrialization in the new century-Guantou shan Village in Qian'an City,and making a case analysis to the living status of the landless peasants.First of all,the author strictly adheres to the principle of seeking truth from facts on the brief introduction of the geography,the land,and the population of the village,explaining the basic situation of the village.And then,the author combs the landless process,analyzing the historical reasons why Qian'an became a steel city after many years of development of Guantou shan Mining in Qian'an.The national environment and local government' and local villagers' support became the realistic reasons that a number of business settled there successfully.At the same time,specific case the author snooped the landless process on the basis of Tianjin Iron and Steel Co,Ltd,Hebei Tang An Wine Co,Ltd.and the plan of returning farmland to forest.According to the method of Mao Zedong's rural study,the author analyzes the basic situation and the landless process of Guantou shan Village,on the basis of the status of economic status,and comes to a conclusion that the losing land has an important influence on the living state of the peasants,which is what is so-called economic foundation determines the superstructure.These effects are mainly reflected in: First,the income level of landless peasants has changed: from the previous about 10,000 yuan one year to more than 10,000 yuan after the peasants lost land and became workers in the factory,and then to only 550 yuan a month after the supply side of the structure reformed and the iron and steel enterprises bankrupt.Second,the landless peasants' living conditions have changed: from the previous houses of 6-meter span of the three pattern to the house with the beautiful residential area and the 10-meter span of four-bedroom hall.Third,landless peasants' transports have changed: fro the bike and motorcycle to the four-wheeled car.Fourth,the employment structure of landless peasants has changed: the number of people engaging in agriculture has greatly reduced,and the number of specialized occupations has increased significantly.Fifth,the landless peasants' social security has changed: from the lower rural medical level to the higher medical.from free old age insurance to old age insurance.Sixth,people's thoughts have changed.peasants' emphasis on children's education has improved obviously.Seventh,the mental state of landless peasants has changed,happiness and sense of security with different aged villagers are in downward trend.at the same time,the landless peasants are also facing a series of challenges: such as environmental pollution and physical healthy problem brought by the iron and steel industry problems,loss of compensation rights and interests during the landless process,unemployment problems caused by enterprises shrinking and re-employment of peasants in rural areas.From the description of the living conditions of the landless peasants in the Guantou shan Village,it can be seen that the development and change of a small village reflects the development of the whole country and the change of the environment.Since the reform and opening up,our country has been vigorously developing economy so that Qian'an's iron and steel enterprises are spring up before and after 2000,and until 2015,the major iron and steel enterprises have cut and bankrupt after the publishment of the country supply side reform,affecting the village from a traditional sense of small the village into a modern sense of the village.And now it is committed to further improving the standard of living and living conditions.
