Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Chinese College Students' Volunteers From The Perspective Of Two-Factor Theory

As an Indispensable part of Chinese volunteers,Young college student volunteer have-been playing an exemplary vanguard role in the volunteer service for western program.With the increase the number of young college student volunteer and growing ranks of this team,college student volunteers have made new development in our country.In order to keep the college students' enthusiasm of serving the west and to improve the motivation of serving the west,we have to put forward higher requirements and new standards and it is also critical to improve the incentive mechanism of college students volunteer.Based on the two-factor theory,and also taking advantages of the experience while serving as college students volunteers in postgraduate supporting teaching groups,the author investigates and interviews members in postgraduate supporting teaching groups in Fuchuan county,Guangxi province,and analyzes the incentive mechanism of the current postgraduate supporting teaching groups stationed in Fuchuan county.According to the survey,the management process in postgraduate supporting teaching groups stationed in Fuchuan county contains some problems and insufficiencies.With the aid of SPSS20.0 analysis tools,the author makes analysis on the security system of college students' volunteer management,laws and regulations,performance appraisal,training and other factors.In this paper,from the perspective of the two-factor theory,the study finds out some common problems in the incentive system adopted by current postgraduate supporting teaching groups in Fuchuan county,for example,from the aspect of security:the incomplete performance evaluation Mechanism,lack of social identity,management confusion,lack of laws and regulations,lack of financial support,etc;from the aspect of incentive factors:lack of service awareness,insufficient training opportunities,lack of career planning,etc.Through the improvement of college students volunteer incentive mechanism,we can attract more outstanding students into the service of the western plan and strive to grow and stabilize the volunteer team of college students,also continuously improve the quality of volunteer service in the west and eventually,make greater contributions to the stable and harmonious development of our society.
