Research On The Effective Encouragement Of College Students' Volunteers In Sports Events

In today's era,the number of volunteers is increasing and the scale is growing.The scope of volunteers' participation in voluntary activities is becoming wider and wider,even extending to all aspects of society.The volunteer group covers all levels of society,and college students are the main part of volunteer service,and they are the most dynamic,concentrated and potential volunteer group in the social group.However,in the process of literature review and field visits,it is found that the incentive mechanism of College Students' sports volunteers is relatively limited and still exists in the effective incentive of College Students' sports volunteers,such as: how to correctly and effectively mobilize the service enthusiasm of College Students' sports volunteers? How to avoid college students in the process of voluntary service personnel loss,work diffuse situation? How to improve the work quality of College Students' sports volunteers and other problems,the solution of these problems will put forward higher requirements and new standards for the management of College Students' sports volunteers,how to improve the incentive mechanism of College Students' sports volunteers in the new development process has become crucial.This paper will reconstruct the incentive mechanism for college students' sports volunteers from the perspective of the two factor theory.Through personal experience of participating in sports events voluntary service,in-depth investigation and visit to two representative schools,using the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,and data analysis tool spss21.0,we can effectively motivate college students' sports volunteers in health care Based on the analysis of 19 index factors of factors and motivation factors,the following problems are found in the effective motivation of College Students' sports volunteers in Wuhan.Incentive factors: large time gap,imperfect training and post arrangement;health care factors: imperfect policies and regulations,lack of awareness of rights and interests protection,irregular attendance management,and inadequate supervision and management.According to the actual situation,the following reference solutions and incentive factors are put forward:strengthening the professionalism and systematization of training content,optimizing personnel and post distribution;health care factors: improving volunteer service laws andregulations,selecting reasonable and effective volunteer performance evaluation software,and forming a complete volunteer supervision mechanism.Only by improving the incentive management of College Students' sports volunteers,can we attract more college students to participate in it,improve the quality of volunteer service in sports events,and help the smooth running of sports events.
