Research On Incentive Mechanism For Community Volunteer Based On Double Factor Theory

With the transition of government’s function and reformation of government, community volunteer entered the historical arena as an independent forces. For one thing, these volunteers provide the various service in order to meet the needs of the community residers1daily life, building a good living environment under dissolved the conflict between community members, advocating excellent social fashion and promoting the spirit of citizenship; for another thing,it also has the strategic importance of building a harmonious society and striving for the consecutive development of the society. With the rapid development of volunteer teams, how to design a more efficient and scientific inspiration of volunteer’s inventiveness, boosting the enthusiasm for volunteer service, attracting more residents to take part in the community services, promoting the the sustainable development of programs for public good is focus of this paper’s research.First of all, this paper collects domestic and overseas scholar’s research literature on the motivation mechanism of community volunteer,expounds the conception of community, community volunteers and incentive mechanism. Then take Yichang Zhenzhu Road’s Community for example describing the current situation of implementation of community volunteer incentive mechanism and ongoing problems. Based on the two-factor theory, civil society theory, the third department theory, analyzing the unsound reasons of community volunteer incentive mechanism, offering some suggestions and proposals to perfect the incentive mechanism.
