In order to development of rural and construction of new rural,a strategic policy known as the Student Village Official plan was made by the Party of Central Committee.This policy aims at consolidating the party's foundation and providing high-quality talents for the construction of rural grass-roots.The grass-roots practice is an important way for training and reserving talents,and it has far-reaching significance for the rural development and cadres' ruling ability.The Student Village program has been gradually popularizing across the country,and gaining more and more social attention.It has produced many successful practices and experience.Nevertheless,the problems of the survival and development of Village are emerging gradually,particularly the extremely requirements for the improvement of existing incentive management.Incentive Management is a crucial part in Human Resource Management.Therefore,the Incentive management of the Student Village is also a core part of the Student Village management and can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the Student Village Official.It is important for the improvement of work efficiency and development of the potential of the Student Village Official.Student Village Official policy makers and implementers should sort out and analyze the current problems of College Student Village Official incentive management,and actively use two-factor theory to identify the problems of healthcare and incentives to make appropriate countermeasures in order to achieve the Student Village plan sustainable development.This thiese is proceed from the definition of relevant concepts based on the Herzberg two-factor theory and analyzing the revelation of the two-factor theory to the incentives of the Collegre Student Village Official.Then conduct field surveys for the satisfaction of the Hengdong County,Hengyang City College Student Village Official,data analysis,gaining the incentive current situation and the problem of the Student Village official of Hengdong County,and finding their cause with reality,in order to give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of the Student Village official,for the purpose of the principle of reciprocity on college students' personal development and new rural construction,innovating the Student Village official incentive Management and making Countermeasures research from the healthcare and incentive two factor aspects,co-ordinating various incentive systems and methods and proposing an overall idea of improving the College Student Village official incentives mechanism,to make the college Students Village official incentive management continue to be dynamically adjusted and improved,prompt the Student Village plan long-term,effective operation and development.
