Research On The Motivation Of College-graduate Village Officials Under The Perspective Of Two Factor Theory

With the approval of the central departments，central organization department andother relevant departments begin to employ the college graduates as the village official in2008. From now on, college-graduate village official plan comes into a period ofcomprehensive development. Now, more than three hundred thousand college graduatevillage official are serving the village heart and soul, which make great contribution forthe countryside social and economic development. How to exploit their potential,improve work efficiency, motivate the work enthusiasm will directly affect theimplementation of the college graduate village official plan and also affect the realizationof the "China dream" in the future. Although a series of excitation measures has beentaken and has made some achievements, there are some problems which can not beignored. The most prominent problems are “survival” and “development” problems. One of theempirical analysis results is that the college student village official’s incentive effect of Lcity is on the low level. College graduate villages official of different gender, age, originand position show no obvious difference satisfaction to the incentive effect. Collegestudent village officials of different education background, different work experience,different major show Significant difference satisfaction to the incentive effect. All of themotivating factors and hygiene factors can affect the incentive effect except interest,personal life, work environment.
