The Student Village Official plan is a strategic decisions which is maked by theParty Central Committee for rural development and new rural construction aiming atconsolidating the party’s foundation, to provide high-quality talents for theconstruction of rural grass-roots,The grass-roots practice is an important way fortraining and reserving talented persons,and it has far-reaching significance for therural development and cadres’ ruling ability.The Student Village program has been gradually popularizing across the country,and gaining more and more social attention. It has produced many successfulpractices and experience in the process of implementation of this program, but at thesame time, the Village’s "survival" and "development" problems are graduallyrevealed, in particular the need to improve existing incentive management. IncentiveManagement is a crucial part in Human Resource Management,so the Incentivemanagement of the Student Village is also a core part of the Student Villagemanagement, it can fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the Student VillageOfficial. It has an important role for improving work efficiency and mining thepotential of the Student Village Official. Student Village Official policy makers andimplementers should sort out and analyze the current problems of College StudentVillage Official incentive management, and actively use two-factor theory to identifythe problems of healthcare and incentives to make appropriate countermeasures inorder to achieve the Student Village plan sustainable development.This thiese is proceed from the definition of relevant concepts based on theHerzberg two-factor theory and analyzing the revelation of the two-factor theory tothe incentives of the Collegre Student Village Official. Then conduct field surveys forthe satisfaction of the Shenyang City College Student Village Official, data analysis,gaining the incentive current situation and the problem of the Student Village officialof Shenyang City, and finding their cause with reality, in order to give full play tothe enthusiasm and creativity of the Student Village official,for the purpose of theprinciple of reciprocity on college students’ personal development and new ruralconstruction, innovating the Student Village official incentive Management and making Countermeasures research from the healthcare and incentive two factoraspects, co-ordinating various incentive systems and methods and proposing anoverall idea of improving the College Student Village official incentives mechanism,to make the college Students Village official incentive management continue to bedynamically adjusted and improved, prompt the Student Village plan long-term,effective operation and development..
