| In this paper a rural village in Nanchang will be the start of election bribery case investigation and phenomenon of similar cases,and read a lot of literature,the author's own thinking on the comprehensive village bribery phenomenon,study the current village chaos emergence and spread of the causes of bribery at the election,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.The first part of this thesis includes problem,elaborated the domestic and foreign research status and progress of village bribery phenomenon,and the related research results,a clear idea of the main content and research methods,the study.Taking the Z village as an example,using case study method of Z village bribery process characteristic,damage and control are analyzed and summarized in detail.It is the basis of the detailed elaboration,research and analysis of the following parts of this paper.The second part makes a detailed analysis of the case of Z village bribery,respectively introduces the related situation of the preparation stage,preliminary stage,formal election stage,a comprehensive analysis of the operation process in the case of bribery,some personal reflection on Z village bribery characteristics,this paper finds that in the election,the candidates canvassing showing planned and organized with the characteristics of moving target.The third part from four aspects of such adverse effects and social harm are analyzed from four aspects of bribery causes economic reason,political factors,traditional rural social factors and institutional factors of the in-depth and detailed analysis.The fourth part,according to the village committee election chaos this paper puts forward some suggestions and solutions,this paper argues that from the publicity and education,improve the relevant laws,strengthen supervision mechanism,intensify efforts to investigate four aspects of efforts to effectively curb the spread of bribery phenomenon.The fifth part is the summary and discussion on the basis of the above analysis. |
