Research Of Committee For The Wellbeing Of The Youth In The Social Governance

At present,governance has become a hot word of social development in China with the “mall government,big society” structure formed.The third Plenary Session of the 18 th CPC Central Committee proposed the goal of promoting the modernization of national governance systems and governance capacity,encouraged and supported all aspects of society to participate in innovating social governance.In such a policy background,for Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth,how to accurately position and actively play the functions of social governance is an issue worth exploring.On the basis of the domestic and foreign research on the participation of non-governmental organizations in social governance,this paper uses third party management theory,multi-center governance theory and good governance theory,analyzes and summarizes its development process,dual attributes and significance in social governance of Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth,probes into its advantages,achievements,obstacles and their causess in social governance of Jiangxi province.and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions by literature research method and case study method.The results show that there are still some problems,such as the backward management mode,the single work content,the limited governance effect,the lack of cooperative governance and so on in the process of participating in the social governance.The causes of these problems are ambiguous role of functions,lack of funds,lack of work force,imperfect basic-level organizations and low social identity.In order to improve the level of participation in social governance of Committee for the Wellbeing of the Youth,it is necessary to further clarify the positioning of its functions,establish subject consciousness,grasp the focus of work and clear governance areas.To optimize the external environment,we must strive for party and government support,step up publicity efforts and strengthen cooperative governance.To strengthen self-construction,we must improve team construction,basic-level organizations construction and work brand construction.
