| The overall living standard of the society has been improved,the level of medical service has been raised,and the aging trend of the population has become more and more obvious.With the extension of life expectancy of the elderly may be more likely to lose energy.Care for this special population is one of the most important problems to be solved in our society.Because the rural area economy is relatively backward,lack of medical resources,and along with the urbanization and industrialization,the traditional family care model has been unable to meet the needs of the present and institutional care in the countryside is not popular and government security efforts is not enough,how to ease or even solve the problem of nursing care and self-care ability of the elderly population the loss of rural areas,has become a great challenge.The author adopts the method of questionnaire survey,interviews and other research methods series,select A County as samples,collected in the region of disabled elderly population and accept the information and data of long-term care,analyzed and summarized the deficiencies.Then according to the reality of the investigation,based on the theory of social support,try to start from the family,the government and the social support of the three subjects,analysis of present situation analysis found mainly the problem of care development of existing care model and the lack of professional personnel,long-term care long-term care cost burden,the content is not comprehensive,long-term care policy the government provides insufficient.Therefore,to further the social support theory to the actual integration of rural disabled elderly long-term care,should emphasize the government,family care as the basis,the three aspects of social institutions of social support and the participation and cooperation in order to better solve the plight of the rural disabled elderly long-term care,so that they have high quality life in old age. |
