With the gradual acceleration of the aging process,China's existing social policies can no longer meet the growing demand for aged care services for the elderly.According to the survey,the number of disabled elderly people in China in 2016 was40.63 million,accounting for 18.3% of the total number of elderly people.Among them,the number of disabled elderly people in rural areas is 27 million,accounting for 66.5% of the total number of disabled elderly people,higher than urban areas.Affected by China's traditional culture,most rural disabled elderly people still rely on family care.However,with the continuous development of urbanization,more and more migrant workers are in rural areas,and traditional family care functions are gradually lost.Many losses The quality of life for the elderly can be low,and the problem of long-term care services is serious.Therefore,taking the problems existing in the care of disabled elderly people in rural areas as the starting point,it is crucial to explore the long-term care service system that the whole society participates in in line with China's current economic development level in order to cope with the increasingly serious aging problem in China.This paper uses questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to select the disabled elderly in rural areas of C County as a sample,collecting data on the disabled elderly groups and their long-term caregivers in the region,and analyze and summarize the problems.According to the actual situation of the investigation area,starting from the three aspects of government,family and old-age care institutions,it is found that the basic living conditions of the disabled in the rural areas of C County are poor,the demand for spiritual comfort is large,the main body of family care service is missing,and the nursing staff The development of the team is seriously lagging behind,the demand for medical care services is increasing,and the traditional "filial piety" culture in rural areas is tied up.Combined with the actual situation in the rural areas of C County,the author believes that the basic functions of family care should be brought into play,emphasizing the government-led,improving the overallaged care service level of community care and institutional care,and constructing a long-term care service for rural disabled elderly people who are involved in multiple parties.The system is of great significance in solving the dilemma of care for the disabled elderly and improving the quality of life of the elderly in their later years.
