Study On The Long-term Care Service Satisfaction Of Disabled Elderly In Rural Areas Of Lianyungang City

With the deepening of population aging,the demand for long-term care services for disabled elderly people is increasing.Long-term care service problems not only affect the daily life of disabled elderly,but also affect the mental health of disabled elderly.The satisfaction of disabled elderly people with existing long-term care services has a direct impact on the development of long-term care services.Therefore,how to develop long-term care services for disabled elderly people has attracted more and more attention from relevant management departments.In lianyungang city rural disability elderly to long-term care service satisfaction as the research key,using the convenience sampling method to extract three communities in lianyungang,four villages and towns of rural elderly,ADL scale screening out 170 disability elderly as sample,using descriptive statistics analysis,single factor analysis and binary logistic regression analysis and other methods.Demographic characteristics,health status and other conditions were taken as independent variables,and the satisfaction of the disabled elderly in rural areas with long-term care services was taken as dependent variables to analyze the influencing factors.The satisfaction analysis included three dimensions of life care,medical rehabilitation and spiritual comfort and the analysis of overall satisfaction.This paper compared the status quo of long-term care services received by disabled elderly people under different conditions,and deeply discussed the satisfaction degree of disabled elderly people in rural areas and the influencing factors of each dimension,so as to explore the countermeasures to solve the problems of long-term care services for disabled elderly people in rural areas.The results showed that the satisfaction of the disabled elderly in lianyungang rural areas with long-term care services was significantly affected by age,education,income and disability.The age,health status and monthly disposable income of disabled elderly people have a significant impact on the three dimensions of daily life care,medical rehabilitation and spiritual comfort,which are mainly manifested asolder age,poorer health status,lower disposable income and lower satisfaction.In addition,daily care satisfaction is significantly affected by living conditions and nursing staff.Compared with those who live alone,they are less satisfied with their daily care.Nursing by relatives can improve their satisfaction.Medical rehabilitation satisfaction is mainly affected by the health status and prevalence of chronic diseases of disabled elderly people,and poor health status and large number of chronic diseases have low satisfaction with medical rehabilitation.Satisfaction with spiritual consolation is most affected by the degree of education.The higher the degree of education,the lower the degree of satisfaction.However,lianyungang city's existing long-term care services for the rural disabled elderly are insufficient in supply,incomplete in service content,imperfect in medical facilities for the disabled elderly,and lack of relevant professional talent team.It greatly hinders the development of long-term care services for disabled elderly in lianyungang.In view of the above findings,this article puts forward from establishing the special laws and regulations,to speed up the construction for disability elderly care facilities,broadening the long-term care service content,the training of specialists in the field of long-term care,integrating the resource of long-term care services and promoting social awareness in lianyungang city six aspects to perfect the rural disability elderly long-term care services.
