With the reformation of opening and industrialization progress,some deep contradictions in using and managing the land resources have become increasingly prominent,illegal land increasingly serious situation urgently called for further innovation and improve land management system.Meanwhile,in view of land and resources management work covers a wide range,relevant Ministry,provincial levels also explicitly require build a "party leadership,government responsibility,department coordination,public participation,upper and lower linkage" a new pattern of land and resources management.In this context,this paper will be based on land 3S technology to build dynamic inspection of law enforcement to monitor the system,and in-depth exploration and practice.It discusses the connotation of land law enforcement inspection,function and forms of work and mode of operation of the law enforcement.Explore the 3S technology into the land law enforcement supervision.Construct dynamic inspection of law enforcement to monitor information system based on land 3 S technology.On this basis,explore the system taking the case of law enforcement and supervision in Suzhou.By summing Suzhou land law enforcement and supervision main practices and practical experience,extend the system to the country.To provide effective protection and support for the promotion of our land management normative,scientific,improving land management efficiency.
