Studies On Rural Home Endowment Service In Lin'an

Rural family endowment service is a subject with important significance in the economics research,There is a imbalance of social pension security structure in current China,causing serious problems of the rural elderly endowment,therefore,solving the problem of rural family endowment has a positive effect on social development.The thesis takes rural family endowment service in Lin'an city as the research object.By investigating 30 administrative villages in Yuqian town to induce the existing patterns of rural family endowment service in Lin'an based on the models of government purchasing,elderly canteen,mass participation,intelligence platform,senile apartment and other supplementary model.Meanwhile,to expound the necessity of developing the rural family endowment service through the analysis of the demand factors,such as aging population,daily care,pension concept and spiritual comfort.The thesis firstly further analyzes the difficulties and problems of the rural pension service model in Lin'an through the survey data and panel data,such as,shortage of money,limited concept,lack of effect,unprofessional team,low participation of the young and lack of policy,and then demonstrates the development of rural family endowment service is in urgent need of improvement,moreover,putting forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the service model in Lin'an,such as,strengthen the propaganda,enrich the funds,improve the rural household income,strengthen the elements guarantee,optimizes the supervision mechanism,promote the pension service team,increase the awareness of mutual help based on the literature research,statistical description,comparative analysis and other research methods.At last,the paper provides some theoretical basis and decision-making reference of rural family endowment service development in Lin'an city.
