Nanchang City Endowment Empirical Study At Home

With the fast development of the population aging process,we are facing amore and more seriously issue of the aging population.Besides,the open of themarket economy leads to a high-speed population movement, the family scale isbecoming core and smaller,the fuction of the traditonal retirement supported bythe family is becoming weaker,the efficacy of the retirement by the govenmentalso has some tough problems,so the new mode of family endowment service arecoming into being.Under such a background,the thesis have a questiongaire survey to300elders in those six areas of the NanChang city about their living conditions andpension service needs.From the data of these questionnaires,we can get thepreferred pension service mode is home-based care,and some specificendowment demands.Based on these data,the thesis is trying to build a systemwhich is composed of family、community and government,then take a lateralcomparison between the old people endowment service demand and thegovernment pension service supply, which makes easy to identify shortcomingsof the family endowment status in Nanchang.Finally,based on the actual researchdata and relevant empirical analysis,the thesis profound the suggestion on thelevel of macro and micro.In the macroscopic level,it propose the constructingmethod in four aspects:service system、service object、service content and servicequality.In the microscopic level,it put forward some specific measures on thedaily life service、the medical and health care service、the spiritual comfortservice,which make up the family endowment service system.
