The Study On The New Rural Community Home-based Endowment Problem From The Perspective Of Functional Analysis Theroy

With the aging population's mounting in China,the demand for elderly pension is also increasing.At the same time,as the industrialization and new urbanization speed up,huge floating population in rural areas makes the elderly pension more serious.Meanwhile,the rural areas of China are facing the problems of the weakening of traditional family endowment function,the limited capability of social endowment and anti-function of the institution endowment.In this situation,the contradiction between supply and demand of rural elderly endowment become more obvious.Based on Merton's theory of functional analysis,the paper explored the model of new community home-based endowment service oriented to rural areas in China.It research on this topic with five chapters.Chapter1 is the introduction.It briefly stated the research background,purpose and significance,the domestic and foreign research status on this subject.Then the research methods and framework were elaborated in details,followed by the key point,difficulty and innovation of the study.Chapter 2 is about the core concepts and basic theory.Firstly,it defined the concepts like "The new rural community","Community home endowment".etc..Then,it indicated that the new rural community has its specific meaning in comparison with traditional rural communities.Besides,it elaborated the concept of Community home endowment from three aspects:connotation,meaning and property.In terms of basic theory,it mainly expounded the functional analysis theory,including the questions on the three popular assumptions,the paradigm,and items of functional analysis.Furthermore,the explanations of the concept of explicit function and implicit function are also involved.Chapter 3 is the analysis of the status quo of the community home-based care services in rural areas.On one hand,there existed some problems in the way of traditional pension,such as the weakening of traditional family endowment function,the limited capability of social endowment and anti-function of the institution endowment,which make the exploration of new community home endowment service in rural areas necessary and urgent.On the other hand,the community home endowment service not only conformed to the subjective value orientation of the rural elderly,but also cohered with the rural reality.What is more,the implicit function of non-governmental organizations is also conducive to the establishment of the community home-based care services.Chapter 4 mainly cited the real case of the new rural community home-based care services.It took Tong ling,Anhui Province as an example of applying the new rural community home-based care services.In addition,it summed up the experience of success and studied the obstacles of further development.Chapter 5 probed into the development strategies of the new rural community home-based care services,with the aim of easing the huge contradiction between supply and demand of pension in countryside.In this scenario,the government should take the whole situation into account,with the community undertaking the main responsibilities,the market being responsible for providing specialized services;the family offering basic support.Thus,the system of new rural community home-based care services will be finally established with the mutual support of four main parts.
