Research On Intelligent Home - Based Education Model Based On Service Chain Theory

China has entered the aging nation in 2000, which meets the standard of the announcement from United Nations. What is becoming an increasingly serious trend is aging of population, empty-nest family, parents who have lost their only child and disabled elderly. The aging of population is not only a social problem, but also a problem of restricting in economic development, social harmony and cultural prosperity. The results of the sixth national census data show that the total population of 65 year and upwards in Tianjin has reached 110 million, being the third city of aging society behind Beijing and Shanghai. Tianjin population of aging has characteristics that the proceedings speed up, the quantities of advanced age shoot up, the aged dependency ratio increase year by year, etc. To ease the pressure of society and family as well as improve the existing methods of single support way are the most urgent problem of the aged to solve for Tianjin.In order to remedy the lack of the traditional way of providing for the aged and to develop a new pension model, which is adapted to the social development direction, the Chinese government has launched smart endowment officially in 2012. In this paper, based on the relevant statistical data to analyze and predict the current situation and development trend of Tianjin ageing population. This paper adopts questionnaire survey and interview method to understand the living conditions, the endowment conditions and service of endowment will of the elderly population in Tianjin, and combined with the Xiyang District for reference, points out the main existing problems of smart home care service. In order to solve these problems, this paper constructs a new elderly-care pattern of home-care based on the model of smart services chain, which including five modules in home-care demands, information infrastructure, the information platform of intelligent endowment service, pension service supply and feedback. In the end, there are four feasible suggestions would be proposed to make this elderly-care pattern better.
