A View For Cultivating The Peasants’ Legal Sense Under The Process Of Rural Urbanization In China

Farmers in China’s rural society is the main body,promote the rural grassroots democracy,the rule of law construction,power transformation of rural development,the need to improve the farmers’ consciousness of rule of law.Although faced with many problems in urbanization construction,also cannot rely on raising farmers’ consciousness of rule of law can solve all problems,but as long as the farmers’ consciousness of rule of law,can promote the healthy and orderly development of democracy at the grassroots level,will help to resolve contradictions in the construction of urbanization relationships.So,the problem of the farmers’ consciousness of rule of law are studied,perfect the system of rural democratic rule of law,steadily push forward the rural democratic construction of rule of law,to better promote the construction of urbanization.This article first expounds the background of cultivating farmers’ consciousness of rule of law in the construction of urbanization in China,carding the research status about the peasants’ consciousness of rule of law,put forward its own innovative thinking;Second,the consciousness of the rule of law,and gives a detailed description of relevant concepts;The third part from the law of development of urbanization construction,the meaning of the rule of law consciousness of urbanization construction aspects discusses the relationship between the two;The fourth part from the farmers’ legitimate rights and interests maintenance,promote rural urbanization,promote rural legalization level,to maintain social harmony and stability in the construction of rural urbanization in China is expounded the necessity of cultivating farmers’ consciousness of rule of law;The fifth part analyzes the present situation,problems and the cause of the current farmers’ consciousness of rule of law;Finally,from strengthening the franco-prussian education,perfecting the legal system,development of rural education,promote the local custom civilization,expand propagation channel set out five aspects to our country to cultivate farmers’ consciousness of rule of law in the process of rural urbanization path were discussed,in order to cultivate the farmers do some beneficial explore of the rule of law consciousness.
