Urbanization In Guiyang City Farmers' Legal Consciousness

In recent years, with the acceleration of urbanization, all kinds of contradictionsare more and more complicated, to safeguard the farmers’ interests has become animportant subject. Current situation of farmers’ legal consciousness not only directlyaffect the vital interests of farmers, but also has far-reaching significance tourbanization construction. In this paper, in order to improve the farmers’ legalconsciousness, the author takes L, D, Gui Yang, Gui Zhou Province as an example toanalyze the situation of the farmers’ legal consciousness. This paper adopt severalmethods such as field research、literature analysis and system analysis and so on, fromthe view point of current situations and existing problems of farmers’ legalconsciousness，also with multi-dimension analysis of the reasons for current situationsof farmers’ legal consciousness, and put forward a series of suggestion to promotefarmers’ legal consciousness.In the introduction, the author intends to interpret the background、purposes andmethods of this paper and points out the research signification of the topic. Besidesintroduction and conclusion, this paper consists of three chapters. In the first chaptergives the summarizes of urbanization construction of L, D, Gui Yang, Gui ZhouProvince. In the second chapter, the farmers’ legal consciousness is drawn up on thebasis of field research in the L, D, of the level of legal knowledge, the currentevaluation of the law, the rights and obligations and the hot issues of urbanization. Inthe third chapter, through the analysis of present situation of farmers’ legalconsciousness, the author summarized the general characteristics and analysis theinfluence of urbanization on the farmers’ legal consciousness. The author considersthat the urbanization has promoted the farmers’ legal awareness in a certain extent. Inthe end, the author put forward some proposals for raising farmers’ legalconsciousness in the process of urbanization.
