The Research On The Interaction Between The Land Reform And The Construction Of Rural Grass-roots Political Power In Shandong Between 1946 And 1952

From 1946 to 1952,Shandong Jiefang District faced severe and complicated situation of the revolution,shouldering the arduous heavy construction tasks,the abolition of the feudal landlord land ownership and to establish and consolidate the people's democratic dictatorship are the two major tasks,the leadership of the Communist Party of Chinese land reform and rural grassroots regime construction are great movements to complete the two tasks.There is an interaction of land reform and rural grassroots regime construction,land reform promote the rural grass-roots level,and realize peasants in the rural society in power;the construction of rural grass-roots power protect the land reform,and abolish the feudal landlord land ownership.The erroneous tendency in the process of land reform and the construction of grass-roots political power in rural areas has hindered each other's progress to a certain extent.This thesis takes the 1946-1952 in Shandong Jiefang District as the research area,the "land reform" and "rural grassroots political power construction" as the research object,through combing and analysis the process of land reform and rural grassroots regime construction and characteristics,in-depth study and interactive mining of the two,on the basis of summing up the two interaction of socialism the inspiration for the new rural construction.This paper consists of five chapters.The first chapter mainly discusses the background of land reform and rural grass-roots political power construction in Shandong,and analyzes the complex situation faced by land reform in Shandong and the construction of grass-roots political power in rural areas.The second chapter describes the course of land reform in Shandong and the construction of grass-roots political power in rural areas.Combing with time as the clue,the author makes a periodic overview of land reform and rural grass-roots political power construction from the macro level.The third chapter mainly analyzes the interaction between land reform and the construction of grass-roots political power in rural areas.The land reform to promote the construction of rural grass-roots power,laid the foundation for the economy of rural grassroots,enhance the peasants' political participation ability,improve the rural grassroots social organization system,reshaping the power structure of rural society;rural grassroots regime constructionto protect the land reform,laid a solid foundation,land reform the process of land reform work smoothly,to consolidate the fruits of victory of the land reform.The fourth chapter mainly discusses the existing problems in the process of land reform and rural grass-roots political power interaction,which is actually the embodiment of the interaction between the two.The fifth chapter summarizes the interaction between land reform and the construction of grass-roots political power in rural areas,which is beneficial to the construction of new socialist countryside at the moment.
