Research On Philosophy Deposit Of Chinese National Governance Modernization

The Third Plenary Session of the 18 th Central Committee of the CPC pointed out : the overall goal is to improve and develop socialism with Chinese characteristics,and to promote the modernization of the national governance system and capacity.It is of great significance,both in practice and in theory,to the socialism modernization,especially to the farther building of socialist democracy and deepen reform of political structure.Modernization of national governance,specifically including modernization of our national governance system and governance capacity,is based on Marxism——the dialectical materialism and historical materialism and it is of deep philosophy origin.The modernization of governance capability is not an abstract notion or a fictional illusion.It is scientific and fit with the great ideal of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Promoting the modernization of the governance capacity,regarding Marxism as guidelines and using Crystallization of the wisdom of Marxism consciously are distinctive features of the Socialist Theory with Chinese Characteristics and the latest theoretical result of the development of Marxism in China.It added new content for the theory of global governance and broke new ground.Under the new historical situation,the modernization of national governance is the inheritance and development of Scientific Outlook on Development.It is the scientific theoretical guidance for deepening the reform and opening up,and is the guide of action to speed the socialism modernization construction.Generally speaking,based on the dialectical materialism and historical materialism of Marxist Philosophy,this paper analyses the elements and basic concepts of national governance and modernization of national governance,and defines the biggest reality of national governance modernization at first.Meanwhile,this paper reveals the Marxist philosophical foundation of the modernization of national governance and points out that the socialist road with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of national governance are linked historically and logically.Secondly,this paper clarifies the dialectical relationship between the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and the modernization of national governance as well as the dialectical relationship of the modernization of our national governance system and governance capacity.Then,this paper analyzes the practical challenge encountered by national governance system and governance capacity and internal and external environment of national governance in the process of governance.What's more,guided by the consciousness of problems,this paper discusses the way of thinking to promote the specific route for the modernization of national governance.
