A Study On The Conflict Of Moral Choice In Official Behavior

Civil Servants Act in accordance with the law of the people's responsibility to serve the country's normal operation,maintaining good social order,protecting the rights and interests of citizens play a very important role.As the official behavior public servants,influence various of environmental factors,in administrative duties of individual initiative and level of education,in face of moral choices and moral confusions,how to guide the staff to make correct moral choice in business behavior,and have the courage to assume moral responsibility,is an urgent and difficult the problem for public servants,it must be faced in business practice.According to the official behavior in moral choice on conflict research,by Marx's philosophy on the basic of theory related,through the analysis of specific performance and influence factors of moral choice conflict in official acts,combined with reality,seeking to resolve civil servants in public action in moral conflict way,and strive to choose moral conflict in official acts effectively resolved.This paper is divided into four parts:Part one: An overview of the basic theory of moral choice conflict.This paper expounds the basic concepts of moral choice,moral conflict.Part two:The necessity and possibility of the civil servants' moral choice in official behavior.According to the summary of basic theory and moral choice conflict related,elaborates its necessity from three aspects of social morality,personal morality and administrative ethics;expounds the possibility from the two aspects of subjectivity and inactivity.Part three: The concrete manifestation and influence factors of the civil servants' moral choice conflict in the official behavior.Combined with actual situation of the civil servants in public behavior in role conflict,personality conflict,power conflict,conflict of interests,the conflict of responsibility and psychological conflicts are summarized,and from two aspects of individual and social factors influence on the formation of conflict analysis.Part four:Analysis on the way to resolve the conflict of public servants' moral choice in official acts.On the basis of specific performance and influence factors of moral choice conflict in official acts on civil servants from strengthening the ideological and moral education,improve the civil servants moral choice ability,strengthen social supervision and control evaluation mechanism three aspects puts forward some resolving conflicts of moral choice logic.
