A Study On The Influence Of Public Requests On Social Adaptation In Ningxia's Ecological Immigrants

In recent decades,some parts of China only focus on economic development and ignore the serious destruction of ecology environment,which led to the local residents were forced to migrate to more habitable environment.Ecological migration is not a simple relocation,but means the break and reconstruction of the original social network and cultural structure.Ecological immigration first needs to re-establish a new production and living system to maintain their livelihood.In addition to solving economic problems,immigrants also need to build a new social network to ease their psychological pressure to face strange conditions.If the immigration social network is not built in time,immigrants will inevitably produce helplessness,anxiety and other negative feeling.Therefore,it is one of important indexes to evaluate the ecological immigration project and the focus of the academic circles to analyze the specific factors that affect the social adaptation and enhance the social adaptability of the immigrants.At present,the study on the social adaptation of immigrants is based on the social integration,economic level and satisfaction of immigrants.But only focus on these factors to determine the impact of immigrant social adaptation are not comprehensive.First,the psychological expectation of the migrants before the relocation and the real gap after the relocation affect the adaptation of the immigrants to the new environment.Second,a considerable part of the seemingly voluntary relocation of immigrants will be subject to some external factors and the existence of a certain "forced" feeling(such as the government's false commitment or social morality of the kidnapping,etc.).Although these migrants are relocated in the form of relocation,the flexibility to adapt to the new environment is poor.It is not conducive to the correct analysis of the assessment of the degree of social adaptation of immigrants,If we ignore the relocation of immigrants before the psychological conflict.Based on the questionnaire survey and the deep interview,this article investigates 432 households in Ningxia,and analyzes the influence of the policy before the relocation,the expectation of the resettlers,the willingness of relocation and the capital of the resettlers on the social adaptation after the relocation.The results shows :(1)The human capital of the resettlers has a significant negative impact on the adaptation,production and social interaction of the migrants after the relocation,and the natural capital has a significant positive impact on the production and living adaptation of the resettlers,and the material capital has a significant positive impact on the adaptation of life;(2)The relocation intention of migrants has a negative impact on the adaptation of production,life,culture and social interaction after relocation.The reason for this problem is that the resettlers have higher expectations before relocation and are not satisfied after the relocation,the expected acknowledgment has a mediating effect in the model.This article also puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the adaptability of immigrants from the aspects of constructing cultural system,perfect supporting policies and increasing the skills training of immigrants.
