Ensuring the quality of life of the people has always been a top priority for the whole Party. It is also the final goal of the Party.Life satisfaction of immigrants is an important measure of their quality of life. So,improving life satisfaction of migrants is a key mean of increasing their well-being.The ecological immigration work in Chadian Town,Longquanyi District,Chengdu began in 2011.It involves 6 villages,4220 households,14754 people.Research on the degree of adaptation, satisfaction and factors affecting the satisfaction of the people's livelihood can provide important basis for the improvement of people's livelihood. It is also of great relevance. This paper collects first-hand information through field research.Combining related theories and practices, this paper proposes six research hypotheses that affect the social adaptation and life satisfaction of immigrants. And then, this paper studies the factors that influence the social adaptation and life satisfaction of immigrants by establishing the structural equation model to verify whether the hypothesis is correct or not. This paper hopes to answer the following three questions.First, what is the current social adaptation and life satisfaction of immigrants ? What aspects of life do immigrants feel more satisfied and what aspects do they feel less satisfied with? Second, what factors could influence the social adaptation and life satisfaction of immigrants? How much influence do these factors have on them? Third, will the social adaptation of immigrants have an impact on their life satisfaction? There are three innovations in this paper: First, this paper pay attention to "close immigration" who didn't move out of the province;Second, this paper put "Adaptability of migrant community management organizations" into the quantitative analysis category, for in-depth analysis of its impact on immigrant life satisfaction. There are three main conclusions in this paper: First, the social adaptation and life satisfaction of the immigrants in Longquan post district are atthe medium upper level. After relocation, nearly two thirds of the immigrants' economic situation has not changed or improved. At present, the majority of immigrants believe that their communities are in good governance. It is said that community management organizations are well adapted. At the same time, the social profile of the migrants improved after the move. The immigrants are more satisfied with the need for life. But there is still air pollution and noise pollution in places of residence.Second, changes in the economic status of immigrants will significantly affect their social adaptation and life satisfaction.Management organization's adaptation and changes in the social interaction of immigrants will significantly affect their social adaptation. The satisfaction of immigrants with the need of life and the environmental pollution will significantly affect their life satisfaction.Among them, the social adaptation of immigrants and environmental pollution have the most significant impact on their life satisfaction. The second is the satisfaction of immigrants with the need for life. And changes in economic conditions have the least impact on their life satisfaction.Third, the social adaptation of immigrants will have a significant impact on their life satisfaction. In other words, the more immigrants adapt to life after relocation, the higher their life satisfaction will be.According to this, this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the satisfaction of immigrant's life.Such as improving the environment, strengthening community security, increasing community public facilities, and providing practical employment training.
