How The Returned Migrant Workers Affect The Social Structure Of Miao Nationality Areas

The Migrant Worker is a special group which associated with industrialization and urbanization,and the returned is one of the branches.Unlike the returned migrant workers arose from the influence of the financial crisis at the end of 2008 and our economic structural adjustment,today they are affected at the entrepreneurship policy and social insurance system,especially at the policy of agricultural supply-side structural reform,under which the central government will pursue to increase farmers' income and ensure an effective supply.How will this group affect rural social development has attracted extensive attention from the academia.This paper focuses on villages of Miao nationality in Majingao Town of Jishou,hunan province,using the theory of anthropology to further investigate the life,employment,family,education and other conditions of the returned migrant workers in Majingao Town.In addition,it conducts a research on their histories,characteristics,backflow status quo and the causes,and the impact they have on the rural social structure in regions of Miao nationality,thus to explore a better way for the migrant workers themselves and the new country to develop.This paper has six parts: Introduction.It explains the topic source,the thinking,method and sense of the research,as well as relevant research achievements at home and abroad on the rural labor mobility.Chapter 1,the Fundamental State of Majingao Town,Jishou.This part mainly introduces the geographical location,natural environment,administrative divisions,historical evolution,population,ethnic groups,economic development,current education and other situations of the town.Chapter 2,the History and Characteristics of the Migrant Workers Working Outside.There are three important periods: the 1970 s and 1980 s,around the 21 st century,and the present.This part analyzes the respective characteristics in different periods during which the migrant workers working outside.Chapter 3,the Status Quo and Main Causes of the Migrant Workers' Backflow.Younger in age,more technical talents,and greater female proportion are the three features of the migrant workers in Majingao in the backflow process.This part pays attention to this point,and points out that entrepreneurship and health and elderly-care policies in rural area are the main causes for the migrant workers to be back at this time.Chapter 4,the Linkage between Returned Migrant Workers and the Change of Rural Social Structure in Regions of Miao Nationality.This part discusses the change of personal identity,family structure,neighbor relations,rural culture and the basic-level power to explain how will the migrant workers affect the rural social structure in regions of Miao nationality from individuals to families and from neighbor relations to power structure.Conclusion.It summarizes the relation between returned migrant workers and the change of social structure in minority regions,and elucidate the significance of this paper.
