Research On The Cultivation Of Public Spirit In The Construction Community

Community is the cornerstone of social governance,is an important field in China's most basic social life,it can be said,the essence of social governance is the construction of community.However,the modern sense of the community does not simply equal to the traditional based on blood relationship and geography,the construction of modern community emphatically in the cultivation of public spirit,namely the public rationality,fairness and justice,rights and obligations,trust and tolerance,participation and responsibility etc..In recent years,with the pround changes in the economic system,more and more “unit person“has become a “community”,the residents of the community in a strange state,neighbourhood relations indifference,to the community the lack of psychological ownership and a sense of identity,and we said,the public spirit bred in public life,can not be separated from the public concern,the common values and norms of the system to follow the people,it is community building foster community awareness of residents,a powerful weapon to promote the interaction between the residents.In different historical stages and discourse system,knowledge and understanding of community and public spirit is also different,in order to specific and accurate understanding of the concept must also be understand community and public spirit of modern features.At the same time,respectively to ancient Chinese thought of the community,Western Communitarianism Marx,Mao Zedong,Xi Jinping community though as the theoretical basis of this paper,whether it is Western Communitarianism and Chinese ancient thought of the community,and the integration of public spirit,for example,Tonnies said the spirit of community,Xunzi advocated of “social and the social form”.This paper discusses the value of fostering public spirit in the construction of community community from three aspects of the integration of social resources,the realization of public interests and the modernization of national governance.Along with the rapid development of the change of unit system and community building,bring great impact and challenge to the construction of the community: the construction of a single subject,the division of functions is unknown;community self-management,self-organization,self-service ability is weak;community participation mechanism,participation approach,forms of participation is not perfect;community service in management mode,service object,ideological orientation of the system is not perfect;community culture construction and management mechanism is not perfect,lack of funds,poor facilities and hardware.Secondly,the concept of personal interests and individual freedom,crowding out the public domain and space,the relationship between persons into the exchange and contract,increase their sense of distrust and general performance: issues of identity crisis,lack of public feelings;advocating individualism,lack of common sense;disregard for public activities,the lack of participation.The cultivation of public spirit is the core problem of the construction of the community,corresponding to the community construction is facing the dilemma and public spirit lack of representation in general,put forward five approaches of the cultivation of public spirit of community building,that is raise community consciousness,improve the system of community,highlighting the community culture,construct community networks,expand the community service.
