Private equity fund is a type of fund relative to the public offering fund,it's a collective investment body which raised by a small number of investors through non-public information.In addition to the private fund has the advantages of the "pool of funds,professional financial management",but also has the advantages of simple establishment,flexible investment,personalized service and others which public funds do not have,therefore in the world it continues to grow up and develop.However,private equity funds do not involve the public interest,so in general,countries around the world(regional)are more relaxed with the regulation and supervision of private funds.Private equity investment funds refers to the funds of invested in securities,and mainly develop based on the needs of market.Although China's securities market industry has a long-term development,but overall it's still not a very mature market,especially for private equity investment funds,it's lack a clear and unified supervision and management model for a long time.In the real situation,around whether the private equity investment fund should be regulated,how to monitor and what degree of regulation,has been a hot topic.The main ideas and contents of this paper are as follows:The first part,the basic theory.First of all,the definition,classification and characteristics of the private fund are given.Then,the private equity investment fund under private equity is chosen as the research focus,and its concept,characteristics and organization form are introduced in detail to prepare for the subsequent research.Then analyzes the necessity,the principle and the goal of the supervision of the private equity investment fund.The second part,ask questions.This paper analyzes the current situation of China's private equity investment fund regulation and the main contents of its supervision,and analyzes the problems of the lack of legal basis,the unclear mode of supervision,the confusion of regulatory bodies and the imperfect content of supervision in China's private equity investment funds.The third part,experience for reference.This paper analyzes the supervisory concepts of private equity investment funds in the United States,UK,Japan,and Hong Kong,and puts forward the experiences that may be applicable to China.The fourth part,solve the problem.Based on the investigation and reference of the regulation of the overseas private equity investment fund,the author puts forward the perfection of the supervision system of China's private equity investment fund,and puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of supervision basis,supervision mode,supervision main body and supervision content.
