| WeChat, a functional APP at the very beginning, now is an icon media. More and more mobile phone owner can not live without WeChat in their daily life, and WeChat is more popular among the youth. With the birth and the extensive use of WeChat Tecent, WeChat permeates in all aspects of social and economic life, which can not be ignored. E-government is the new direction of the government management in the information society. It enriches the citizens’ political participation. When the network becomes the new platform for government and common people communication, online governance began to rise and increasingly be diversified. Recently, E-government WeChat public platform has gradually become a new manner network of administration for its unique advantage. Facing the rapid development of new media, the Communist Youth League in Danyang must improve the work in the field of youth organization,youth guidance,youth services, teenagers legitimate rights and interests, combine the interaction of the new media as WeChat with the traditional media, create a new atmosphere, and build a new work platform of the Communist Youth League.Based on the above background, the thesis takes the system of the Communist Youth League Organizations in Danyang for example, and integrated uses literature research, questionnaire survey and system analysis method, to analyse the collected data.The result reveals that, the Tecent of the Communist Youth League Organization in Danyang is relatively mature, while Tecent of primary-level organizations are still in the baby period, and is not used widely. In the whole, the influence of Tecent of the Communist Youth League Organizations is limited, and its function does not play enough.Through the deep analysis, the thesis seeks out the relative reasons of the problems,that is the construction of Tecent of the Communist Youth League Organization in Danyang is short of overall thinking, human factor does not play its function; and the existing mechanism of Tecent is defected. Last but not the least, from the perspective of WeChat Tecent system construction of Youth League Organizations at all levels in Danyang, and enriching the connotation of the Tecent and strengthening the construction of Tecent, the thesis puts forward some practical and feasible measures for the Youth League Organizations to perform its basic functions through WeChat. Which include: establishing and improving the Wechat Tecent of youth league organizations at all levels in Danyang; strengthening the awareness of Internet thinking and consciousness of the new media of the staff, organizing the operation team of WeChat Tecent, and improving the training and examination mechanism. Meanwhile, we also need to lay emphasis on the content of the WeChat Tecent, highlight the interaction of the teenagers, perfecting the fans culture, and the interaction of the new media and traditional media constantly, to enhance the level of the Communist Youth League work ultimately. |
