Study On The Copyright Protection Of "Internet Plus Sports Events"

With the development of "The Internet Plus" action plan,the intelligence constantly approaches the people's life.This economic phenomenon accelerates the commercialism and professionalism of sports events industry.Also,"The Internet plus Sports Events" faces major challenges on copyright protection.It contains the misty images of network broadcast,the absence of legal regulation in non-interactive internet communication,high-tech cloud technology infringement and so on.Meanwhile,the development of technology will promote the expansion of the work system,and the right of transmitting internet information which will replace the right of reproduction becomes the core of copyright protection in the future.It is extremely urgent to classify the sports events and provide clear protection.Therefore,the author studies the problems of legislation,judicature and administrative enforcement on the copyright protection of sports events,which based on inductive and contrast method and empirical analysis method.Also,the author puts forward some countermeasures.First,classify sports events and determine work property;Second,establish the broadcast right to protect non-interactive internet communication;Third,improve the measures to protect sports mark;Fourth,use multiple means to assist and make up for the low vulnerability;Fifth,reduce the investigation and increase the punishment to create a good atmosphere in the industry of "The Internet Plus Sports Events".At last,the author sincerely hopes to make a contribution to Chinese sports events and its industrialization.
