The popularization and penetration of the Internet have profoundly changed the landscape of communication and the way of information acquisition,and the Internet has become an important bridge connecting everything.In the era of mobile Internet,the carriers for users to complete communication behaviors and participate in scene experience have gradually shifted from solid state terminals such as TV to mobile terminals represented by mobile phones and tablets.At the same time,the issuance of a series of decrees represented by "No.46" document ushered in a new era for the sports copyright market,and major new media sports platforms rose rapidly under the support of capital,and tried to take more sports Copyrights into their own hands.With the help of science and technology and capital,to a large extent,users can enjoy more diverse product choices and better watching experience.However,it should not be ignored that the sports media need to deal with the pressure of commercial realization after investing a large amount of capital to build up the copyright barrier.The effective development of copyright has become a problem that the copyright holders must face and solve.This article is precisely under the background of this industry and the media,trying to communication and copyright related theory as the foundation,using the method of literature analysis,case comparison,through to our country the present situation of sports market pattern of copyright and copyright development combing to explore an effective mode,for the sustainable development of sports industry and related policies to provide new research perspective and theoretical support.Specifically,the first chapter of this paper mainly defines the concepts related to the era of mobile Internet and the copyright of sports events.The second chapter mainly through to the sports rights market review and summarize the historical evolution process,from the media to present the way innovation Angle,to our country sports broadcast forty years evolution is divided into three stages,namely traditional television era(1978-2005),the emerging network era(2006-2014),and the mobileInternet era(2015-present);Chapter three firstly analyzes the copyright market of Chinese sports events with the PEST theory,and then explains the pattern and characteristics of the copyright market of Chinese sports events.Chapter four takes suning sports,tencent sports,xinying sports and sina sports as typical cases to analyze four modes of copyright development of sports events in China,and to sort out the operating difficulties of the current copyright market.The fifth chapter mainly proposes three ways to break through the copyright development of China's sports events in the era of mobile Internet.In the middle game themed by copyright operation,users' demands and consumption characteristics in the era of mobile Internet should be combined to provide an immersive watching experience.In the downstream of the theme of copyright extension,it is necessary to complete the ecological layout of the sports industry by means of integrated marketing,so as to provide a reliable and diversified way for commercial realization of copyright.
