Study On The Construction Of Urban Residents’ Pension Mode In Nanchang Under The Background Of Aging

With the development of society and economy,the problem of population aging is a big problem for the whole world.Due to the continuous extension of life expectancy and low fertility rate,the proportion of the elderly population and the proportion of the elderly in Nanchang has entered a period of rapid growth.In Jiangxi Province,the provincial capital of Nanchang city entered the aging society facing economic development,social stability,health care and health protection and other serious challenges in many aspects,the existing pension model has been unable to meet the demands of the elderly,old-age security problems are increasingly exposed.The urban residents in Nanchang city as an example,based on the analysis of the theoretical system and foreign experiences,firstly analyzes the basic conditions and basic laws and summarize the situation of population aging in Nanchang and the trend of development,the aged will,the existing pension mode as well as various types of pension mode difference,proposed the existence problems of Nanchang pension model.Secondly,the statistical results of questionnaire survey and case interview,based on the sample of elderly in Nanchang city respectively from the family life and children’s demographic characteristics,economic status,and analysis of the elderly population pension mode selection,analysis of basic characteristics of the sample of the elderly population and the choice of pension model,and the analysis of main factor endowment pattern the effect of selection of elderly population SPSS.Finally,according to the investigation and analysis,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to build a pension system suitable for the characteristics of the elderly in Nanchang under the background of aging in Nanchang.
