Research On The Influence Of Population Aging In Fujian Province On Residents' Consumption

After many developed countries have successively entered the"aging"society,our country has also become one of them."Population Aging"is both a challenge and an opportunity for social and economic development.The 19th CPC National Congress report pointed out that it is necessary to"actively respond to the aging of the population,build a policy system for the elderly,filial piety,respect for the elderly and the social environment,and promote medical care Combine and accelerate aging and industrial development." A reasonable response to the problem of aging can seek new opportunities for our economic development and infuse new vitality.For the time being,aging will have many implications.Based on the theory of consumption,this paper analyzes the impact of population aging on resident consumption in Fujian Province.Under the background of the current birth rate declining,population aging and economic slowdown,the status quo and characteristics of population aging and resident consumption in Fujian Province are systematically analyzed;the mechanism of population aging on resident consumption is discussed;The empirical analysis of residents' consumption in Fujian Province is divided into two aspects:one is to analyze the impact of population aging on resident consumption rate;the other is to analyze the population by using the time series data from 1990 to 2016;The impact of aging on the consumption structure of residents,the use of gray relational analysis method for analysis;based on the empirical study at the end of the article put forward some targeted policy recommendations.
