Research On Fund-raising Of H City Children-helping Organization

To solve the government failure and market failure, NPO (non-profit organization) was born. With the political, economic and social development rapidly, NPO plays an increasingly prominent role in global affairs and the countries development of the world. Meanwhile,commonweal NPO is playing an irreplaceable part in public charity, environmental protection and other fields. But, commonweal NPO itself still faces many problems, the most protruding problem is financing problem which influence its survival, restricting its development. So, the problem of fund-raising has increasingly become the focus of attention and the difficulties of the study.This article based on the related domestic and foreign literature and research findings,embarking on theory and practice of raising fund of NPO, compare the NPO to PO(Profit Organization), conclude and analysis the practice of domestic and foreign NPO, with the example of H Children-helping Organization,make the case study and empirical study on the accumulated experience and existing problem in raising fund process, and put forward some suggestions on raising fund improvement: To fully learn the advanced experience and push the outer environment optimization, consummate internal governance and innovate the strategy of raising fund, emphases the quickstep of strengthening the mission, and improve the quality of staff, upgrade public trusting?Hoping it could provide enlightenment to the issue of local NPO.
