Twenty years ago,no one would have thought that the Internet could change people's way of working or even life.But with the rise of the Internet age,these have become possible.Today,the network society is to grow and develop.In the network society,the network,as a protagonist,has become an important platform for social exchange of information.At the same time,the network groups in the network of social manufacturing public opinion on the real society have an important impact.However,the contradictions in China,which are in the period of social transformation,have surmounted,especially in recent years.The network mass incidents,which appears frequently in recent years,have the characteristics of virtual reality and reality.The speed of communication is very fast,the influence range is wide,the event is complicated and it is hard to control.Network society and even the real society caused a huge impact and bad influence.How to solve the problem in an effective way has become a major issue in the field of social governance.In this study,the literature research method,the case analysis method,the field investigation method and the semi-structured interview method are employed to study investigate the conflict between taxi and network car in Dalian as the research object.Through the case study of network mass incidents,it can sum up a set of effective methods for network group events.On the basis of the causes of network mass incidents,the study argues that: in essence,the formation of network mass events is a process of dynamic game of network groups.Korser's theory of social conflict and Gustav Lepong's group psychological research just provide a theoretical basis for the study of the causes of network mass incidents.Taxi groups and network car owners to compete for limited resources,different levels of group identity led to a different sense of unity.Among internet users and the taxi group,there is a potential confrontation psychological.Interest demands channels blocked,the government does not act,network rumors and public opinion Misleading,which are the causes of network mass incidents.In addition,this study combines communication and social psychology,discussing the impact of network rumors in the network group events.The rumors spread and rumors are analyzed,and the propaganda mechanism of network rumors is put forward as distortion mechanism and communication mechanism respectively.On the impact of the network group events,this study uses the functional theory of conflict analysis that: as for the impact of online group events,there are positive and negative aspects of the function.Network group events in the special conditions is conducive to the integration of the group with a positive function of color.However,the network group events are more negative as network group events will mislead public opinion.Cyber violence will violate personal privacy.At the same time,the network group events will cause economic losses endanger social stability.On the network group events of governance,this study proposed to sociology in the social control theory as the basis,respectively,such as the use of hard measures,soft measures,the use of two means of network groups to manage events.To the hard measures,the government should change the way of governance and increase the channels of the interests of the masses at the same time.The implementation of information disclosure system improves the quality of government personnel.In the legal means,they should change the legislative means to improve the legal system.In terms of soft measures,we should strengthen the ideological and political education of the network groups,cultivate the dialectical thinking of the network groups and pay attention to the way of guiding public opinion.
