In order to achieve the rule of law goal of combating corruption and upholding integrity, discipline inspection and supervision work together to deal with violations of discipline and law in a unified manner.During this period, party discipline punishments for all Party members and administrative punishments covering all public officials have been formed. As the connection between party disciplinary sanction and government sanction is an important link to realize socialist rule of law, this paper holds that the key to the coordination between party disciplinary sanction and government sanction lies in the connection mechanism of evidence.Although the two types of evidence have the basis of integration, there are also specific problems in the connection that need to be solved. In view of the non-reproducibility of evidence and the complexity of collection,it is necessary to establish rules and regulations on the transformation of evidence of party discipline punishment and evidence of government affairs punishment, unify the types and standards of evidence, and the standards of proof under different violations of discipline and law.For illegally obtained evidence materials, the constitution should be taken as the highest restraint mechanism, and more specific illegal evidence exclusion rules should be formed for party discipline punishment and government affairs punishment evidence,so as to realize "the link between discipline and law,and the link between law and law".At the same time, the internal constraints of the discipline inspection and supervision organs should be strengthened, and the system of the procuratorial organs intervening in advance or the necessary on-duty lawyers should be established for cases with significant impact.
