Research On The Protection Of Farmers' Rights And Interests In The Process Of Modernization Of Rural Governance

As China's new rural construction and promote industrialization,informatization,urbanization and agricultural modernization,rural governance system and governance capacity and the existing institutional mechanisms can not adapt to our country to accelerate the construction of socialist modernization and the objective requirements,but also makes the interests of farmers in reality is difficult to fully implement.The modernization of rural governance is an important part of promoting the modernization of the national governance system and governance capability.The ultimate goal is to maintain,realize and develop the overall rights and interests of farmers.As the farmer problem is always the core of a prominent issue in China's social and economic development in rural areas,to solve the problem of farmers is fundamentally solve the rights in five aspects of economic,political,cultural,social and ecological environment of farmers.At present,China's rural areas in the implementation of the party's eighteen years of promoting the coordination of "four comprehensive",five in one overall layout,to promote the rural governance in the process of modernization,the rights and interests of farmers is guaranteed in a large extent,needs further understanding and Research on the theory and practice.Therefore,the research of this thesis has its necessity and realistic meaning.In this paper,the modernization of rural governance is the background,that is,the use of rural governance modernization to strengthen the construction of the rural system,in order to protect the rights and interests of farmers to provide institutional protection.In this paper,the overall protection of rights and interests of farmers as the research object,to the Marx doctrine of farmers' rights and interests theory,based on the existing academic research results,combined with the Department located in urban and rural Lin'an city of Zhejiang province as an example,is to protect the rights and interests of farmers in rural governance in the process of modernization in Lin'an City,the specific the environment investigation,analysis of the main problems of the city farmers' rights protection,and puts forward relevant countermeasures to protect farmers' rights and interests,so as to promote the modernization of rural governance provide a useful reference to solve the problem of farmers' rights and interests protection for our country.
