The Communityelderly Immigrants' Adaptation Research

With the rapid development of social economy and urbanization,the elderly cross-regional migration behavior has become the current trend of development for the society,the elderly immigrants' group has been the attention of the society.The rising proportion of the old family,the elderly immigrants' how to better provide for the aged in urban community,become a issues of common concern for society.For the elderly immigrants',the elderly immigrants' status is still in the area of region,lead to the elderly immigrants' will not be able to enjoy the city endowment policy and welfare,trailing the old man's daily care and spiritual comfort will rely on support from family.Therefore,this article mainly focuses onthe social adaptability of the old man in the family inter-generational environment problems,and study on regional the elderly immigrants' reflects the problems put forward the countermeasure analysis.For J community as the research object,the elderly immigrants' through survey,semi-structured interviews,to understand the basic situation ofthe elderly immigrants' city and family situation.Through the elderly immigrants' life and family inter-generational relationships were analyzed,and found that in terms of life care,cultural values and social interaction with the environment where there is a problem in inter-generational relationships.First of all,lifestyle differences can easily lead to family conflicts and contradictions.Second,the old man within the community lack more communication and contact,the elderly immigrants will feeling of loneliness,a lack of social sense of belonging.Again,child safety concerns limit the interaction with the outside world,the elderly immigrants lack of contact with outside,causethe elderly immigrants' don't adapt to the society.Finally,The existing community institutions and neighborhood committees have lower attention to the elderly community,which leads to the slower social adaptation process of the elderlyFor the present stage,J community the elderly immigrants problems in life and family relations,the author also give priority to with family relationship advice,community construction is complementary ideas put forward relevant countermeasures and thinking.From a combination of current theory and practice analysis,in view of the problems and the development is put forward to improve family inter-generational relationships and improve the city elderly immigrants communities adapt to countermeasure analysis,support for J community the elderly immigrants to provide certain theoretical and practical reference.
