On Occupational Stress Of Young Cadres In Grassroots Administration For Industry And Commence Department

With the constant changes in our policy,work contents of administration for industry and commerce departments are constantly widening,tasks are gradually increasing,which brings heavy work pressure to the staff of these departments.With the deepening of the various policy reforms,some young cadres in administration for industry and commerce departments are under serious occupational stress,seriously affecting the development of physical and mental health of young cadres.How to handle the relationship between career and young cadres is very important for administration for industry and commerce departments,which will better mobilize the work enthusiasm of young cadres and promote the healthy development of young cadres.To better mitigate occupational stress of young cadres,the source of occupational stress is to be analyzed,and then develop appropriate solutions to alleviate occupational stress on the basis of the source.In order to better occupational stress on young cadres of investigation and analysis,we use the questionnaires,interviews and other research methods to G County specific case,the G Primary Industry Bureau County administrative department for young cadres of occupational stress conduct a comprehensive analysis.Through a large number of survey data analysis,the current occupational stress G County Primary Industry and Commerce Administrative Bureau of young cadres faced mainly from four aspects,First,the job content expansion,high strength;Second,the young cadres in the course of their work needed to withstand the psychological pressure increasing;The third young cadres physiological stress during operation are facing more and more serious;Fourth,the tissue pressure in young cadres working in the process need to face relatively large.According to sources of the pressures,the paper formulated corresponding measures,recommendations from improving the pay system,relieve mental stress,physical stress,the right face of national policies to better relieve stress,I hope this study to better alleviate occupational stress G county administrative department of young cadres to mobilize the enthusiasm of young cadres.
