With the continuous advancement of economic globalization,taxation plays an increasingly significant role in helping the country's macro-control.As the main administrative department of taxation in China,the level of law enforcement,collection efficiency and service quality of tax authorities will directly affect the healthy and stable development of tax affairs in China,which all depend on the working ability,professional quality and policy execution ability of tax officials.Among them,young tax officials,as the main force of future tax officials,are the key to the long-term and healthy development of tax cause.Based on the survey and interview,this paper analyzes the current situation of the ranks of tax officials in the tax system of Wenshan prefecture,and based on the actual data obtained from the survey,studies and analyzes the occupational pressure perceived by the young tax officials in the tax system of Wenshan prefecture.The analysis includes whether occupational stress exists,the degree of stress perception,the source of stress and the impact of stress.Finally,by referring to the basic content of the new public management theory and the human resource management theory of the public sector,this paper proposes targeted strategies to cope with and alleviate the occupational pressure of young tax officials in the tax system of Wenshan prefecture,so as to provide a basis for optimizing the human resource management of the tax system of Wenshan prefecture,especially the young human resource management.Through the study on the career pressure of the young tax cadres in Wenshan prefecture,it is concluded that the tax system of Wenshan prefecture should help the young tax officials to cope with and alleviate the career pressure by perfecting and optimizing the tax system mechanism,incentive mechanism,performance assessment mechanism,training mechanism and improving the ability of tax officials to cope with professional pressure,so that young officials can give full play to their subjective initiative,promote the scientific development of the work of the tax center,further stimulate their professional dedication,and better serve the tax cause,as well as promote the career development and physical and mental health of young tax officials.
