With the rapid development of our economy and the development of the rule of law,people pay more attention to the ruling ability and the ruling level of the grassroots government,and at the same time,put forward a higher standard of checking the service capacity and service quality of the grassroots government.As the main force to communicate with and serve the people,township cadres are the spokesmen of the Party and the state at the grassroots level.The 19 th National Congress of the Party has made it clear that it is necessary to find young cadres in reserve,focus on training and training young cadres at the primary level and in places where there are difficulties and hardships,continuously select and use outstanding young cadres who have passed the test of practice,and pay attention to and care for them at the grass-roots level,so as to help them solve their difficulties.In some township areas,the cadres of these villages and towns have worked hard and made great contributions to grass-roots development in silence,but they are also under great pressure from work,economic difficulties,confusion and lack of time to pay attention to their families.Silently,they suffer from unperceived professional pressure,and their professional pressure is also a common concern of the Party and government as well as some experts and scholars.Occupational stress of township cadres refers to the various kinds of stress caused or formed in the work of township cadres at the grassroots level due to the special nature of work,the stimulation of external environment and the difference of human body's main body characteristics.The professional pressure of township cadres not only affects the physical and mental health of township cadres and their initiative,initiative and creativity,but also affects the efficiency of township grass-roots services and the quality of public services.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the current situation and causes of the occupational stress of township cadres and the countermeasures to manage it.In this study,Y County was taken as a sample and the cadres as the research object.On the basis of the new period and the new situation in our country,it is innovative to carry out empirical research on the professional pressure of township cadres by combining quantitative methods and qualitative methods.This research mainly uses literature research,case analysis,field investigation,questionnaire and statistical analysis to obtain the first-hand research data,and combined with Y County situation to propose the solution of the township cadres occupational stress.It consists of five chapters:The first chapter,"Introduction",mainly expounds the research background,research purpose and significance,research methods and thinking,research difficulties and innovation points.The second chapter,"conceptual definition and related theoretical basis",mainly expounds the core concept,domestic and foreign literature review,and constructs the theoretical basis to solve the occupational stress of county and township cadres in Y County.The Third Chapter is an empirical survey of the Occupational Stress Of County and township cadres in Western Y County.It mainly introduces the questionnaire preparation process and the sample of questionnaire by SPSS to obtain the reliability,validity,structural difference of the Occupational Stress Of County and township cadres in Y County,and analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavioral manifestations of the occupational stress of County and township cadres in Y County.The Fourth Chapter Analyses The causes of the occupational stress of township cadres in Y County in west China.From the social,organizational and personal perspectives,this paper analyzes the causes of the occupational stress of the cadres in Y County in western China.The fifth chapter is "suggestions for improving the management of occupational stress of county and township cadres in the West".From the social,organizational and personal perspectives,this paper puts forward some suggestions for improving the management of occupational stress in the township cadres of Y County.
