Since18th party congress, happiness has attracted high attention of thegovernment, and also gradually become a new research topic of sociology andmanagement. The grassroots cadres is in the middle class of leadership and staff,as a team executive, platform designer, problem solver, facing with highintensity of occupational stress in the occupation field, affecting the quality ofpeople’s lives and the ascension of Occupational well-being. As a analysismethod to study the relationship between the individual, social network canreveal relationship structure or pattern hiding under the surface of complexsocial system and widely applies to organization behavior field. Under thebackground of China’s “pattern of difference”, social relation network ispervasive. On the basis of this, with grassroots cadres as the research object, theresearch focuses on analyzing the representation, essence and mechanism ofaction of occupation stress, social network and occupation well-being. In orderto explore social network efficiency between occupational stress and occupationwell-being.Through the summary and analysis of related theoretical study,based onTheory of occupational stress and social network, extracted dimensions ofvariable,built social network Compensatory Effect,Mediation Effect andModeration Effect model between occupation stress and occupation well-being.Measured variables referencing mature Cooper’s occupational stress indicatorscale, social support rating scale (SSRS), Minnesota job satisfaction scale andWatson’s emotional scale of Minnesota(PANAS). With grassroots cadres comingfrom the institutions and enterprises as the research object, collected280validquestionnaires. Through SPSS20.0software, dates are analyzed in mathematicalstatistics method such as descriptive statistics analysis, correlation analysis,factor analysis and multiple linear regression. And model and hypothesis areverified. the research conclusions are:(1) There is significant correlation between occupational stress, socialnetwork and occupational well-being; Occupational stress has significantnegative effect on occupational well-being; Social network has significant positive effect on occupational well-being.(2) The negative effect of Occupational stress on occupational well-beingand the positive effect of Social network on occupational well-being areconfrontational and compensatory. Social network has Compensatory Effectbetween occupational stress and occupation well-being.(3) The part effect of Occupational stress on occupational well-being is bythe mediation effect of social networks. Social network has part MediationEffect between occupational stress and job satisfaction, positive emotion,negative emotion.(4) Social network has Moderation Effect between occupational stress andpositive emotion, negative emotion. Social network has no Moderation Effectbetween occupational stress and job satisfaction.
