Service-oriented Government requests civil servant to transfer the role from the administrator to coordinator and supplier of public service,and claim them to be self-discipline to strengthen the organizational identification,build the government with high-efficiency,honest,civilized and harmony.However,according to the relevant research,Civil servant is suffering from the professional emotional abuse described as the serious issue in the area.Apart from the influence by Chinese traditional culture,personal characteristics,emotion,work environment and interpersonal relationship etc.are all the influential factors which shall distributed to the professional emotional abuse.For civil servant group,this abuse shall bring the anxiety and pressure etc.in the mind,which is absolutely bring more insult and injury.Firstly,the conception,trait and the structure of "Big Five" theory will initially be in the study,the boosting influence of personal characteristics on the relevant behavior shall be focused on the study,especially in the staff passive act.Therefore,it can be concluded that the extent of correlation between personal characteristics and workshop ostracism.Based on the trait of excluded factor,the "Big Five" theory will be induced into this research on the purpose of finding out the relationship between personal character and professional ostracism of civil servant,and try to explain the applicability in the Governments.In the end of this research,we would like to sort out all the piece of this research and do more work to figure out the deep analysis work in the public area.Secondly,based on the literature survey,personal interview survey and questionnaires survey etc.,the study adopt the data scale of "Big Five" theory created by Goldberg with 50 questions and scale of workshop ostracism created by Ferris with 10 questions.Finally,it has been received to conduct the correlation and regression analysis to examine the research hypothesis.Besides,this paper introduces a kind of graph like research on "Big Five" theory of Civil servant,Workshop ostracism of Civil Servant and the relationship study between the variable mentioned above.Last but not least,with the much effort for this study,here are some conclusion made by research as follows:1.Demonstrate the correlation between personal characteristics and workshop ostracism of civil servant and finally define the conception and trait of workshop ostracism in public management area,especially suit for grass-roots civil servant.2.In the divergence analysis of Civil servant personal characteristics and workshop ostracism,variable like gender,age,administration rank show little influence towards personal characteristic and workshop ostracism.But,the age ranking from 24 to 34 years old have more significant correlation in openness and neurotic than the other age group.3.Administration level/rank of grass-roots civil servant has obvious affect in the workshop ostracism,especially for the young section member.Fierce competition,high pressure and the lack of work experience are regarded as the important factor which contributes to the workshop ostracism,victims or proactive aggressor being included.4.Through the Pearson analysis method and regression analysis,the characteristics in openness,conscientiousness and neurotic have obvious correlation with workshop ostracism;However,Agreeableness and Openness to experience under normal condition but do not show any influence in correlation with workshop ostracism as expectation.
