In recent years,facing the external pressure of the rapidly changing international situation and the internal increasingly heavy reform and development needs,the existing public service ability and administrative management level of grass-roots civil servants in our country have been severely challenged.How to strengthen the construction of grass-roots civil servants,enhance and improve the education and training of grass-roots civil servants,to meet the requirements of the new situation,is a urgent task that we need to solve.The training of cadres is no longer a formal training,but a substantive one.It not only helps to improve the quality and working ability of grass-roots civil servants,but also helps to build a good grass-roots civil servant team.However,in reality,although the Party and the government attach great importance to it,invest certain manpower,material and financial resources,and formulate relevant regulations,the actual effect of grassroots civil servant training is not satisfactory.This article takes the grassroots civil servants in Jiaocheng County as the object to conduct research,mainly using questionnaire survey and interview methods to conduct in-depth analysis and research on the current situation,problems and reasons of the training of grassroots civil servants in Jiaocheng County.Mainly through investigation and research combined with the actual situation of Jiaocheng County,it is found that the main problems in the training of grassroots civil servants in Jiaocheng County are mainly inactive training targets,insufficient training resources,rigid training content and methods,and lax management and evaluation of training.Through specific analysis of specific issues,it is proposed that the training of civil servants in Jiaocheng County needs to establish and improve the analysis mechanism of basic-level civil servant training needs,rationally allocate teaching resources,innovate the content of training activities,training methods and carriers,and establish and improve the basic-level civil servant training management mechanism and supervision and restraint mechanism.Countermeasures and suggestions for improving the quality of grassroots civil servants are hoped to provide an effective reference for the development of grassroots civil servant training in Jiaocheng County in the future.
