Research On Developmental Mechanism Of Grass-roots Community Social Organization In City

As the basic unit of the city,grass-roots community play a more and more important role in social governance of the city.And social organization as a platform for community autonomy,it can make up for government functions,integrate the community resources and enhance the community cohesion.The reform of national policy is providing opportunities for the development of social organizations,and a large number of social organizations are developing.With the rapid development of economy,the national standard of living gradually increased,local residents' demand for community service also tends to diversify.All of which raise a higher demand for community services.Community social organizations will participate in community construction as an important means,but the development and management of social organization is still in the exploratory stage.Its self-development mechanism is not perfect,the boundaries between organization and government is not clear.What's more,the organization lack of social credibility.So the social organizations did not play a big role in the innovation of community governance.China has special environment,so the birth of a social organization mainly depend on the government to purchase services,community participation of the public is low.Under the background of this policy,this paper puts forward the research questions,summarizes the relevant theories and research status of scholars at home and abroad,then discusses the three paths of the development of community social organizations.Combined with examples,the paper expounds cultivating mechanism of urban community social organizations,and also the model of daily activities to carry out.This paper analyzes the fulfilling body of the organization from several aspects.the social function of the organization and the achievements of the organization in the process of social organization hatchery from many angles.Sum up the social functions of the organization and the effectiveness in community governance.In this study,the development mechanism of grass-roots community social organization was described by taking an example of the organization of youth social organization in L community of Wuhan.From the government documents issued,project bidding,to the source of funds in the social organization,social resources links,service delivery,and the daily services.This is a series of process about the developmental mechanism of grass-roots community social organization.Then we could find some achievements and problems in the development.Trying to find out experience worthy of learning,put forward some operational recommendations to promote the good functioning of social organizations.So that the development of social organizations has more perfect mechanism,which can improve the service level in the community management.What's more,it has an important meaning toward the "good governance"of community.
