Overseas service plan China youth volunteers, also known as "China foreign aid youth volunteer project" (referred to as the "overseas plan"). From May 2002 to September 2016, China pull Chinese dispatched a total of 679 overseas volunteers to 23 countries in Asia and Africa.including 5 Asian countries, 16 African countries and 1 countries in the Americas .August 4, 2005,this is the first time 12 Chinese young volunteers was carried out to carry out voluntary service in Chinese teaching, agriculture, biogas development and health care in Ethiopia .So far, The Project of the China Youth Volunteers Go to the Non Service was officially opened.In 2006, the government announced that China will dispatch 300 youth volunteers to Africa in the next three years at The Beijing summit of the china-africa cooperation BBS.
