Nonprofit Organizations Participating In Public Cultural Services Research On The Dilemma Of Supply And Its Improvement Strategy

In the period of China' s economic development into the new norm al,the characteristics of socialist cultural construc tion into full developm ent period,the role of culture on the country's steady growth,promoting innovation,structural adjustment will be more significant.However,in the supply of public cultural services in the field of government supply capacity lim itation and the phenomenon of market failure,no coordination between China' s society of public cu ltural demand and the ex isting government supply capacity,and the supply of public cultural services and the ability under the new econom ic normal development needs must be in sync.In this context,a nonprofit organization is needed to take on this task.The participation of non-profit organizations in the supply of public cultural services is of great significance to improve the level and quality of the supply of public cultural services.Based on the theory of public cultural service,the theory of non-profit organizations and human resources theory,this paper di scusses the relations hip between non-profit organizations and the provision of public cultural services.Through the analysis of China's national conditions and successful cases at home and abroad,we fully understand the current situation of non-profit organizations participating in the provision of public cultural services in china.The non-profit or ganization service structure,funds,cultural resource allocation capability has been furt her cognition,understanding the performance dilemma to the non-profit or ganization for Chin a to participate in the supply of public cultural services in the process,is the resu lt of the external environm ent and their own construction together under the action of.Based on this,we put forward som e strategies to im prove the ef fectiveness of non-profit organizations in participating in the provision of public cultural services in their own capabilities.Need to think from the angles of non-profit or ganizations involved in solving the difficulties of supply of public cultural services: on the one hand,support and guarantee of changing from the government reform and the function of legal regulations and policies starting strategy.For the deve lopment of non-profit or ganizations focus efforts,guidance,support and supervise management regulations;function category elucidate the difference between administrative departments and non-profit organizations,to create a good environm ent for developm ent,stimulate the pot ential of non-profit organizations to participate in the suppl y of public cultural serv ices.On the other hand,from the non-profit organizations to find the cause of the dis ease,non-profit organizations themselves should be the right rem edy,targeted to enhance the ability to keep pace with the times,reform and innovation.
