A Study On Farmers' Political Socialization In The Process Of New Urbanization

The report of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)pointed out that it is necessary to adhere to the new urbanization path with Chinese characteristics and to restrict it with "Chinese characteristics" and "new type",which shows that China's "new urbanization" is different from the traditional development model and other national development models "Urbanization".The core of the new urbanization is the urbanization of the people.With the acceleration of the new urbanization in the rural areas of our country,the peasants,as the main body of the rural areas and the new urbanization,must complete the all-round transformation of the rural peasants to the urban citizens.Really into the town life,which requires farmers not only to change their identity,but also to change their way of life,ideas and political awareness.At the same time,unlike traditional farmers in the past,modern urban citizens should be politicians with a certain political personality.They formed a relatively complete sense of civic,have the basic political practical ability.Therefore,China should speed up the socialization of peasants in rural areas,timely cultivate and raise farmers' civic awareness,increase farmers' political knowledge and skills,which will play a key role in promoting China's new urbanization.This article first explains the connotation,the characteristic of the new urbanization and the nature,the function of political socialization and so on,and then deeply studies that the peasant political socialization and talent modernization,regulatory modernization,modernization of the rule of law of the new urbanization between the internal relations of the three aspects,highlighting the political socialization of farmers to promote the new urbanization process of importance.On this basis,the article combines with the actual situation of China's rural areas and detailed carding the present situation of peasants' political socialization in the current new urbanization construction.First,it points out the achievement of the political socialization of peasants in the process of new urbanization,that is,the firmness of socialism is strengthened,the political knowledge is increased,the concept of legal system is gradually increased and the consciousness of rights is gradually strengthened.And then it analyzes the main problems of peasants' political socialization in the process of new urbanization,including the low level of political cognition,the lack of political attitude,the development of political values and the lack of political participation.Then,from the political,economic,cultural and farmers themselves in many aspects,and detailed analyzes the relevant factors influencing the peasants' political socialization in the process of new urbanization.Finally,in six areas,whose including the rural grassroots democracy and the rule of law,improving the rural social security system,the development of rural education,standardizing the development of new media,supporting the rural collective economy and building powerful grassroots organizations,and puts forward the countermeasures to promote the political socialization of peasants in the process of new urbanization.
