Research On Supply And Demand Situation And Countermeasures Of Community-home Endowment Service In Xianyang

The development of social pension services is a new requirement for the development of the times.Developing home-based retirement is an important foundation and direction for raising the level of pension services.Research has shown that the demand for elderly care services is increasing day by day.However,due to various conditions,the physical,mental and mental health of the elderly in our country is currently at a low level.At present,the traditional home care functions are declining.Community-based old-age pension and institutions are still not perfect,which brings a huge impact on the life structure and quality of the elderly.Therefore,it is of great theoretical value and realistic guiding significance to explore the pension service model of community-home based care in the new situation.Based on the demand,supply and satisfaction of community-home pension services in Xianyang City,this paper selects two communities in Xianyang City for investigation and analyzes the survey data to find out the main problems existing in the community-home pension services in Xianyang City.The development of community-based old-age care in Xianyang City can effectively alleviate the conflict between old-age pension and improve the quality of life for the elderly.This study research and analysis the community-home pension service by the supply and demand way from the life care,medical care,spiritual care and other dimensions in Xianyang.The study found that the community-home pension service in Xianyang is still in its infancy,and the imbalance between the supply and demand of the community-home pension service.This paper analyzes the reasons for the imbalance of community-home pension service in Xianyang city,including: community-home pension service management system is not perfect,pension service function is not perfect,pension professional service capacity is insufficient,pension service function is not perfect,and so on.Based on the above,the research puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the balance between supply and demand of community-home old-age care service in Xianyang: to perfect the mechanism of community-home pension service,to build professional community-home endowment service team,to perfect community-home pension service system,and to complete the system of community-home pension service,to improve community home pension service function.
