Community Home Endowment Problem Research

With the development of times and China one-child policy, the base of aged population and proportion of aged are growing rapidly now in China, which means China has been the highest percentage of aged population and fastest rate of growing in the world. The features and trend of ageing of population can be listed as below:ageing population, disability, empty nest, growing increase and massive demand. The empty nest family has been the main family pattern due to the extreme development of urbanisation. Compared with family with children, the empty nest elder need more care and attention of the society because they are not only weak in daily life care but also in spiritual comfort. So under our special national conditions and Chinese characteristics, it set up and improve the basis of home pension, depending on community service and supplement institutional pension pattern. But the supply and demand is imbalance in the process of the model, to find and solve these problems,for the family endowment service smoothly is of great significance.This research is going to be conducted with the aim to analyses the developing circumstance of home endowment service of Tianjiaan area of Huainan city. The data will be collected by comprehensive literature method, questionnaire survey and interv iew,descriptive analysis and empirical analysis. The findings show that:(1) the aged people have high requirements regarding the variety and demand of pension service.Moreover, the most service in need is community health care services, and the influen ce factors of different demands is different.(2) the suppy of community service is unsatisfactory in both hardware and software.(3) the significant imbalance of home end owments service in supply and demand.Therefore, some concrete suggestions are given by combining with the actual situation of the case and drawing foreign in the following five aspects: Firstly, it is supp osed to establish and improve the home endowment service laws and regulations syste m; Secondly, more publicity that occupy the home endowment service concept is in n eed;Thirdly, the government is supposed to distribute the responsibility of each depart ment fairly and reduce the decentralization;Fourthly, it is stated that implementation o f market-oriented as well as improving the quality of service should be in operation; F ifthly, there is need to expand the recruitment of community service staff by multi-channel. This project will be a guiding role for the home endowment services of Huaina n city and even the surrounding developing city.
